Rangers have signed 16 year old Luis Terrerro from the Dominican Republic. Terrero is 6 foot 180 pounds with a strong stocky build. He possesses a strong right handed bat, good field awareness, and is a solid runner. He has the ability to stay at shortstop but could be moved to second or third. Rangers are known for this types of pick ups, and Luis Terrero sounds like another nice find.
